According to the bylaws of
your bank and credit card company, we are only authorized to
ship to the actual USA Billing Address or an address they have
on file from you. This is part of the fraud protection service
you have with your card. If you require something shipped to
an alternate address, you must notify them. We then must provide
your billing address, billing telephone number and then your
alternate address. We comply fully with the USA Patriot Act regarding
jewelry/precious metal sales, European Union Anti-Terrorist Funding
Act and the FBI Directive of October 2007 regarding shipping
jewelry to an alternate address.
