porcelain queen conch pendant
14kt 3D queen conch with hand painted oven fired porcelain finish. The largest one we have found yet! As each is hand made to order, allow three weeks. No two will be identical in markings or weight. This one weighed 26.4gms of solid 14kt plumb gold! (plumb is a trade term, is at least 14kt and is not made up of melted down scrap gold). This weighs roughly the same as ten clean pennies in your hand!
These are fashioned after the conchs found in Key West, Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. The widest point is 1 1/8 inch across (29mm) and the height is 1 1/4 inch (32mm).
