As stated on your invoice, we are happy to accept your stock jewelry return providing it is returned within ten days of your receipt. That gives you more than a week to evaluate it and decide. Most people know when they open the package if it is what they were expecting or not. We understand! Merely send it back with your credit card information and we will issue a refund no questions asked.
Please understand that we cannot accept an item if it has been worn, altered, labels removed or shows any sign of cleaning, polishing, wear, molding or casting. This is regulated by the Federal Trade Commission.
Obviously some items are given as gifts and the recipient may not like it. Again, we will issue a refund to the purchaser.
If you are unsure if you will like something, ask if we have a sample that you can evaluate prior to having it made for you. If you are unsure of your size, go to a store and try several on. Find a ring as wide as the one you are considering and see what size is comfortable. If you guess, use a piece of string or tape, you have to be very lucky to get it correct...
If you ordered the wrong size ring and it was made for you it IS NOT returnable or re-sizable. A stock ring can be exchanged for another if we have them on hand. If something is custom ordered for you, it IS NOT returnable to the manufacturer. Ireland has stopped accepting return rings from the USA due to incorrect size ordering.
If you are in another country, you will be Customs Duty/import tax/VAT and GST to recieve an item, we will pay to have it returned, and you will pay AGAIN for an exchange. It is not uncommon for the fees to be $300 for a single ring plus shipping. This is why manufacturers will not accept an incorrectly ordered ring for return.
Custom made or special order diamond or gemstone jewelry, rings and bands are not returnable. It was made for you to your specifications at your request. If this is not acceptable, pleae find a local store that will order an item to be made for you and let you return it after you have worn it for a few weeks. We cannot.
If you are a wholesale customer, jewelry store, eBayer, Yahoo! Merchant or Amazon storefront, all sales are final. If we drop shipped to your customer, collection and return is between you and your customer. Do not have them contact us as we have no record of your sale to them.
