We have tried to keep the order process simple! You can print out this form and mail it in or fax it. Or you can simply use the shopping cart on the page of the item you like. It is secure with 128 bit encryption SSL. You will see the page address change from HTTP to HTTPS which means secure. Things get a little slower with the secure site so just bear with it! No credit card information is stored on any computer format whatsoever.
With the shopping cart, on the second screen you will be asked if there are any special instructions to put in the comment box or a special message in the sentiment box if you are ordering for someone else. We do not add your name to the sentiment unless you instruct us. If you are a 'secret admirer' your secret will remain safe! Once you place your order on the shopping cart, you will get an email confirmation. You will get another when the order is shipped with the tracking number.
If you have any doubts regarding the quality, the ability to return or the general satisfaction of other customers, go read their comments! We are lucky enough to enjoy a less than 1% return rate. Even with a 'no questions asked' policy. Low prices do not mean low quality. At least here they don't!
Personal checks take 5-10 business days to clear before the order is shipped. For your credit card protection, all billing/shipping addresses are verified with your credit card company. Shipping is done with the United States Postal Service. If someone is using your card without your authorization, we will cooperate fully with the U.S. Postal Inspector and your credit card company. All deliveries come in an unmarked package, some may require a signature or photo identification.
A 10% discount can be taken on merchandise total for United States Currency, United States Postal Money Orders or Western Union only. It does not apply to electronic funds transfer or bank/cashiers checks/money orders.

For normal delivery time to the lower 48 states, we have found that insured, return receipt requested shipping is quite economical for most users. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Sometimes within hours!

According to the bylaws of your bank and credit card company, we are only authorized to ship to an address they have on file from you. This is part of the fraud protection service you have with your bank regarding your use of the card. If you require something shipped to an alternate address, you must notify them. They may or may not approve it. We then must provide your billing address, billing telephone number and then your alternate address. We comply fully with the USA Patriot Act regarding jewelry/precious metal sales.
