The face of the ring is 4mm high or 3/16 of an inch and gently tapers down to 2mm in the back. Thickness is 3mm in the front and tapers to 1mm in the back. The front is raised up to let light pass through the gems. Half and whole sizes. The ring can be re-sized at later date as the shank is smooth.
