Celtic wedding band set
Celtic weave engagement setting. This is set for a 1/2ct diamond, or a 5.2mm single round stone. Your jeweler will size the ring and set the stone. They can cut the channel a little larger for a slightly larger stone. There are no prongs but a channel set for a very clean or tension mount look.
The width of the center of the ring is 6.5mm or 1/4th inch. The Celtic weave on either side is 5mm wide. It then gently tapers to 2.5mm wide in the very back. The thickness is 4.5mm at the front where the diamond sets. It tapers to 1.5mm thick in the back.
The wedding band adds 2mm in the front and tapers to just over 1mm in the rear. They join up perfectly and could be soldered together for the wedding!
Approximate weight of the rings is approximately 6.8gms for the Celtic weave engagement setting and 3gms for the Celtic weave wedding band. That is almost 10gms of gold for the set if you are comparing weight/cost.
This is just the way the rings come. High polish, yellow or white gold, standard size is 6.75 and can be sized up or down by your jeweler. The sizing should be done at the same time the diamond or stone is set and not after.

This ring is set with a .56ct SI (slightly included) H-I color diamond. It is sized to a 7.0 USA or N+ for the UK/Ireland market. It weighs 6.68gms and is highly polished 14kt yellow natural gold. You local jeweler will be happy to size it up or down for your finger. $1,095.00
