Eternity knots with a Claddagh raised on the front of the ring. Face of the ring is 8mm and tapers to 3mm on the back of his and 6mm to 2.5mm on hers. The back has been left smooth and polished for future sizing needs.
These can be sized up or down by your local jeweler.
